Four junior college standouts Terry Strickland Chuck Orr Don Hayes and Anthony Mabry signed grant in aid with USC Aiken to reunite with coach Larry Wall. Strickland is North Greenville's all time scoring leader and 1980 JC All American. Orr a 6 6 guard forward shot 52 percent from the field and 82 percent at the line in 77 78. The Aiken Recreation Department offers beginner and advanced beginner tennis classes starting July 24 at the Virginia Acres courts. Classes meet twice a week on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday with advanced beginners 9 to 10 a.m. and beginners 10 to 11 a.m. Instructor is Mrs. Jan Davidson. City residents pay 10 while nonresidents pay 13.
