Aiken man faces child sex charges on wanted list
Marcus Hamilton Smith Jr., 36, was charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor in connection with a juvenile girl’s assault last year. He was jailed in the Aiken County detention center. A 37-year-old woman told police her daughter said she was touched at Smith’s home around December 26, 2015. The victim described the incident on a couch as Smith began touching her and claimed his wife was sleeping.

Darryl Jonah McKinney, 51, of Melody Lane in North Augusta, is charged with domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature after a March incident at a Melody Lane residence.
