Harpootlian accuses AG of delaying Ard ethics case

S C Democratic Party chair Dick Harpootlian says Attorney General Alan Wilson delays by sending ethics violations by Lt. Gov Ken Ard to a task force instead of a grand jury. Ard paid 48 000 fine and 12 500 costs for 107 civil counts of personal use of campaign funds.
