Arboretum Trail reopens in Aiken with tree plaques and guided history
Garden officials and Woodlanders Inc. marked the Arboretum Trail reopening on Colleton Avenue with a ceremonial cutting of smilax. The two mile loop features over 100 labeled trees, a phone audio guide, and future plans to expand within Aiken's Citywide Arboretum. Bob McCartney receives honorary recognition as Bob McCartney Day amid the event.
