Victims travel to Sacramento to face alleged serial killer
Nearly a dozen victims and survivors fly to California's capital for a brief hearing in the Joseph DeAngelo case. Jane Carson-Sandler from Hilton Head Debbi Domingo from Texas attend as the suspect, former police officer Joseph DeAngelo, 72, appears in court. The hearing continues to Sept. 5 with little more than a two minute appearance.
