Compass Academy investors seek court approval to buy partially built building
A group of Compass Academy investors, led by Aiken resident Jerry Rowe, plan to purchase and finish a partially built school building. The court authorized marketing but barred transfer of the real property without leave and notice after a hearing. The investors aim for a 2014 2015 opening, subject to financing and feasibility studies.
