Inmate screening of Debbie Does Dallas halted at Bronx jail

Inmates were shown a Spanish dubbed version of the adult film Debbie Does Dallas on the Bronx House of Detention closed circuit system before a guard complained and the screening was cut. The officer who selects daily films was suspended for a day awaiting charges, and Capt. Thomas McCann faced a conduct charge.
