Trial Date For Smith Uncertain In Kershaw
Vaughn Gregory Smith 21 faces armed robbery murder and kidnapping charges in a series of July incidents. State prosecutors have not set a trial date as the next term of state criminal court in Kershaw County opens October 22 in Camden. Smith was arraigned in Kershaw and is represented by Camden lawyers Robert Sheheen and Kenneth Holland. Bond was not set. He was captured in St Augustine Florida and returned to South Carolina.
