In Centennial Colorado Judge Carlos Lamour granted a request allowing James Holmes parents to sit in on his trial set for February Prosecutors do not oppose and a hearing on images to be shown at trial is to be scheduled Holmes faces over 160 counts including murder and the death penalty is sought by prosecutors.

White House projects deficit shrink to 759 billion this year
