The Best Doctors volumes, a peer designated national list, will no longer be published. Best Doctors Worldwide Healthcare Services discontinued publication after insurance and managed care firms hindered use of the information. Greg Smith founded the service after his brain cancer diagnosis.
Jacqueline Cecile Johnson of Hemphill Texas died in a local hospital. She was the wife of James Johnson and mother of four. Funeral arrangements are pending with Smith Funeral Home in Hemphill.
