Arrest Made After Lexington County High Speed Vehicle Pursuit

Paving Contract Awarded for Aiken County Roads
The South Carolina Department of Highways awarded a 428215 contract to Satterfield Construction Company of Greenwood for 8.1 miles of secondary roads in Aiken County including North Augusta and Belvedere areas. The project, funded from a 2.16 cent gasoline tax, covers grading drainage and surfacing with completion set for July 31, 1982.
