Fireworks now legal in Georgia ignites cross-border shopping to North Augusta and Martinez as residents plan annual trips for big rockets. Store owners expect rising sales despite new rules while shoppers, like Ben and Shannon Reddick with their son Waylon, cross I-20 to buy from Wacky Wayne’s and other outlets off Exit 1.
