Fort Hood shooting suspect allowed to question jurors
Army psychiatrist Maj. Nidal Hasan may ask potential jurors if they accept punishment other than execution for religiously motivated killings. He can also probe jurors on remorse or its absence as part of the penalty decision. Jury selection starts July 9 and will run at least four weeks.
