Westinghouse WSRC appeal denied in bid for extra reimbursements
Westinghouse Savannah River Co lost an appeal in the US Court of Claims over more than 11 million dollars in government reimbursements. The court found no agreement to cover travel and relocation costs for employees at the Savannah River Site in the early 1990s. Lucy Knowles of the DOE called the ruling favorable.
