Crime blotter from Aiken County details thefts and arrests
Reports show a North Augusta man lost a charcoal grill and riding lawn mower on Yaun Road while a trail camera disappeared on Audubon Circle. A Warrenville man reported a flat screen TV theft on Farrell Street, and a Beech Island man stole a firearm from Pine Log Road. Other incidents include rims and tires stolen on Piedmont Avenue, a Yeti cooler taken from a truck bed, a window and door damage on Turnbull Street, a drive under suspension arrest, shoplifting two cans of cologne on Whiskey Road, license plates stolen on Casaba Drive, and a choking assault at a Richland Avenue hotel room. An arrest for driving under suspension, an accused shoplifter, and a glass-shattered door on Ridge Avenue are noted.

Jackson man faces multiple child sexual assault charges
Paul Clark Jr. 30 of Dicks Street Jackson was charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 and two counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. The offenses reportedly occurred between 2008 and 2010 at various locations including Edgefield County. Clark was arrested Thursday and jailed.

Woman charged with child neglect in North Augusta
A Warrenville woman April Nicole Jones 35 Augusta Road faces unlawful neglect of a child after deputies found her and another woman unresponsive in a car with a juvenile on Hawthorne Street May 12. Narcotics items and heroin use were alleged, two women were hospitalized and Jones posted a 5000 dollar bond.
