Bridgestone in Graniteville offered an OSHA 10 hour safety training to local students, many still in high school, covering emergency plans electrical hazards and preparedness. The program, led by Lorena Woolard with SC OSHA and VPP partners, aimed to boost future workforce safety and included examples from 9/11 Graniteville derailment and the Augusta Twin Peaks fire.
