That Awkward Moment film review contends with romance flaws
The review grades That Awkward Moment as average with an uneven buildup. Zac Efron plays Jason a book designer who pursues a no-commitment lifestyle while friends Miles Teller and Mikey navigate relationships and betrayals. The piece notes crass humor and a climactic but unconvincing romance at Ellie's bookstore and funeral scene, rating the film two stars.
