Phelon plant killer Wise found guilty of four murders
A Beaufort County jury convicted Arthur Hastings Wise on four counts of murder after a Septem ber 1997 shooting spree at the RE Phelon industrial plant. Jury to start penalty phase after break in SC trial

Third suspect surrenders in South Carolina abduction case
AUGUSTA The third suspect in the 1998 disappearance of a Sam's Club manager found dead in South Carolina turned himself in. Ronald Coleman Jr. was charged with kidnapping armed robbery burglary hijacking a motor vehicle and possession of a firearm during a crime. He was booked at the Richmond County Law Enforcement Center after surrendering at 5:30 p.m.

No Miss Aiken County Contests Miss South Carolina Pageant
