I 73 toll plan moves with governor’s potential signing
The South Carolina Senate approved a bill letting the state toll agency finance I 73 construction, with Gov. Mark Sanford expected to sign. The plan would toll sections from the Conway Bypass to I 95 to cover planning and building costs. A separate I 95 toll proposal faced opposition.
