Former Clemson adviser sues over tuition hikes and firing
Charmers Eugene Troutman sues Clemson alleging eight years of tuition increases funded a staff rainy-day reserve now at 80 million dollars and that he was fired after questioning trustees. The university denies the claims and cites management issues and a 79 million surplus from vacancies and multi-year gains.
