In a Saturday ceremony at the Aiken County Historical Museum the Banksia Watering Trough was dedicated to Dogwood Stable’s Summer Squall who won the 1990 Preakness and finished second in the Kentucky Derby. Summer Squall was euthanized on Sept. 22 at age 22.
