The Aiken Horse Park Foundation hired Mary Jane Howell as administrative assistant, previously Dogwood Stable PR director. Jack Wetzel praised her for expanding the stable’s profile nationally and internationally as Bruce Duchossois dreamed a lasting venue in Aiken. Aiken County voters can obtain campaign information from both parties. The Democratic HQ opened at 410 Richland Ave W with hours 10 30 a m to 1 30 p m on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Republican HQ at 127 Greenville St SW remains open by appointment and six days a week during the general election. Republicans set February 20 for their primary and Democrats February 27.
