School Board hears requests from five area councils
Five Area Advisory Councils urged the Aiken County School Board to simplify the discipline code and involve parents, have principals spend more time in schools, fund air conditioning, screen alcohol and drug cases, install two way radios on kindergarten buses, and expand the area office as they met at South Aiken High School with a sixth council for special education.
