Aiken man charged with eavesdropping and peeping
Arthur L. Frazier, 29, of 154 Gun Range Rd, was arrested at his home Tuesday evening and charged with two counts of eavesdropping and peeping into homes at Pine Acres Mobile Home Park. The case followed weeks of investigation by the Aiken County Sheriff's Office and the Bloodhound Team. Frazier identified by fingerprint on a chair and AFIS match. Eavesdropping and peeping are misdemeanors with up to a $500 fine or three years in prison. He is detained at the Aiken County Detention Center.
