Windsor Case Ends In Second Mistrial In Payne Trial
After nearly six hours of jury deliberations a Windsor man charged with first degree criminal sexual assault in a 9 year old girl case faces a second mistrial. The retrial began after a prior November 1980 mistrial. Defense argued credibility issues while the state urged jurors to use common sense.
