Missing DSS Custody: Two Girls From Murphy Village
Capt. Eric Abdallah says Josie Mulholland 15 and her 11 month old daughter Saylor remain in South Carolina Department of Social Services custody. Deputies report they were supposed to be turned over by their parents and investigators have no victim contact found. Lexington County DSS continues its separate inquiry regarding the children as no charges are planned at this time.
