Bill proposes state bully website for schools
The South Carolina House bill would require the Department of Education to draft bullying guidelines and share non FOIA material via a state site. If approved, every school district must create a site by September. Rep. Taylor says it has merit but voting stance is unsure. Rep. Wells raises concerns about false accusations and access. Both expect subcommittee tweaks and testimony from educators and DOE staff. Teddy Kulmala covers the story for the Aiken Standard.
