Williston man faces trial on sexual conduct charges
John William Floyd 39 of 268 Whitetail Drive will stand trial at the Aiken County Judicial Center starting Jan 29 on a subset of 19 charges. Prosecutors plan to try 10 counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct and one first degree count related to alleged molestation of two girls ages 10 and 11 since 1999. Floyd was arrested May 11, 2006, by the Aiken County Sheriff's Office.

Former DMV Worker Arrested Over Fake ID Printing
Kristina Lynn Blackshire 20 of Aiken was arrested Friday on charges of breach of trust with fraudulent attempt and third degree computer crime act for printing a driver's license to gain access to a 21 plus business. She was booked at Aiken County Detention Center after a SLED investigation for an offense dated September 2005. The case will be prosecuted by the 2nd Circuit Solicitor's Office.
