Raymond Chow known as Shrimp Boy was convicted in San Francisco Chinatown on 162 charges including racketeering and murder. An undercover FBI agent infiltrated Chow’s fraternal group, linking drug trafficking money laundering and stolen goods sales to the case. Sentencing set for March 23 with life possible. state senator Leland Yee had already pled guilty in the broader probe.
