Aiken man detained on meth manufacturing and more
An Aiken man, Marty Wayne Rickard, 39, was stopped on Whiskey Road for two people on a moped and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine resisting arrest and failure to pay child support. He remained in the detention center after a struggle during arrest and a search found meth ingredients a glass pipe a hand warmer kit and an electronic scale. Rickard’s passenger was not charged.
