Westbound lanes on Rutland Drive near York Street will be closed Tuesday around 8:30 a.m. as City of Aiken crews add a water tap for a new laundry business near the BP at York Street. All traffic uses the eastbound lanes and work aims to finish before 3:20 p.m. Officials warn drivers to use caution and follow posted signs.
