Man faces felony DUI in fatal crash near New Ellenton
Raymond Burns, 20, is charged with felony DUI with death leaving the scene and driving under suspension after his Dodge Durango struck 15 year old David Crutchfield on North Burns Street Sunday night. Crutchfield died at the scene. Burns turned himself in and remains jailed as investigations continue.
