Disabled parents defy odds and raise a student in Modesto
In Modesto California Rebeka Willett an 18 year old student in a Raiders T shirt practiced arabesques with classmates on a college campus. Her parents Tammy and Clarence Willett faced disability and societal doubt yet Rebeka graduated on time from Davis High School and now pursues preschool teaching. Tammy born with cerebral palsy and once told to give up her baby proved critics wrong alongside Clarence who is mildly mentally retarded.
