Southeast Ballet Theatre shapes up year 2018 plans
Aiken dancer Anna Lewis helped found the Southeast Ballet Theatre after achieving nonprofit status in 2016. The company will perform at Hunger to Life, host Words of Wisdom on Feb 11 in North Augusta, and present an original ballet May 19-20 at Dream Dance Academy with proceeds to the Triple E Base Scholarship Fund for 2017-18. Courtney Hope Turner and Daniel Adam Maltz also highlighted. Turner, a Fox Creek graduate now in LA, acted in films and TV with new projects and a Palm Beach base. Maltz, born in Lexington, performed at Carnegie Hall in 2016 and started a charitable foundation to fund concerts. Additional notes cover Heidi Gray’s year touring as Annie and Aileen McNair’s music publishing deal with Sony ATV and Florida Georgia Line’s Tree Vibers.
