Lobster Race canceled in Aiken County tradition

The Great American Lobster Race in downtown Aiken is canceled this year and planned to return bigger in 2016 on Saturday May 7 to coincide with Kentucky Derby festivities. Organizer Todd Stilp says the event will race lobsters after the Derby and may include big-screen TVs, with the aim to come back stronger next year.

Corley votes no on FOIA bill amid time limits
