North Augusta builds on sales tax funds with park and civic upgrades

The bulk of North Augusta's round two capital projects sales tax funds went to the municipal building and Riverview Park improvements. The seat of local government opened in 2009 and has hosted diverse events while the park additions and renovations totaled about 4.81 million dollars.
