Expo features fashion prom pageant expo at NC high school

North Augusta High School PTSA hosted the CSRA Prom and Pageant Expo in the auditorium. The event showcased gowns from Jovani Fashions and local shops, with models from area high schools. Speakers included Miss S.C. and Miss Aiken County titleholders who urged pageant participation to build confidence. Attendees ranged from prom dress seekers to former pageant winners, with gown swap plans and door prizes.

Basements become new feature in Aiken home build

Aiken resident Ben Price chooses a 2000 square foot basement for a new Kings Ridge house, using Superior Walls precast for faster, cost efficient space. Career Quest connects 2200 eighth graders with local pros

More than 2,200 eighth graders in Aiken County will meet hundreds of business government and community representatives at Career Quest hosted at Aiken Technical College on Wednesday and Thursday. Each school spends about an hour at the event to explore career interests through conversations with adults from many fields.
