McMaster moves to intervene in Yucca Mountain dispute
South Carolina Attorney General Henry McMaster said he will petition the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to allow the state to intervene in licensing for Yucca Mountain. The move follows an Aiken County suit seeking to blocked DOE efforts to withdraw the licensing application.
