Graniteville to Home Reclaim Recycling Plant at Hickman Mill

Gov Nikki Haley and Reclaim officials announce a 40.6 million investment to build the first Graniteville recycling plant in the former Hickman Mill. The project, opening in summer 2014, is expected to create about 200 jobs and revitalize the area and Aiken County amid past mill closures and a chlorine spill tragedy.

Sam's Club to Open in Aiken This Fall

Sam's Club plans a fall opening for a new 139,000-square-foot wholesale warehouse in Aiken near Robert M. Bell Parkway and Highway 1. Laws for outdoor burning in nonincorporated SC areas
