Weatherization program opens in Aiken area
Applications for the federal Weatherization Assistance Program are now being accepted for single family dwellings in the Aiken area. Eligible residents may contact the Aiken Barnwell Community Action Agency at 291 Beaufort St or 648-6836. Deadline is February 29. Maximum income limits apply and applicants must be 60 or older, handicapped, or have a child under seven. SSNs required for applicant and each household member.
