Three Aiken County seniors Aric Benning Anthony Nguyen and Matthew Zint are among 68 South Carolina candidates for the 2010 Presidential Scholars program. The nationwide pool runs about 3000 students. Review will trim to roughly 500 honorees and about 120 advance to a June Washington DC awards event.
