Testimony continues in Westinghouse suit
Westinghouse safety official John Miller told a federal jury that workers were "rented" to start a training program for the Savannah River Site waste treatment plant. He said the staffing gap forced the use of a subcontractor, General Physics, to meet a tight timeline amid alleged contract overcharges and a halted ITP project. Miller and Greg Jager rejected claims of a conflict of interest involving General Physics contractor Mike Kirkpatrick.
