Truck Explodes After I-85 Crash Injures Driver

Spartanburg AP report says fuel truck driven by John William Duncan of Greer overturned on Interstate 85 and exploded, spilling waste oil near a river. Duncan, 41, was thrown clear and suffered burns over 60 percent. he was in surgery en route to burn center in Charleston as a second tractor-trailer wreck occurred while avoiding slow traffic.
