Renovated Holley Building in Aiken Seen as Fated Success
Joy Albrecht and Paula Moore transformed the circa 1901 Holley Building on Laurens Street into 14,000 square feet of occupied shops and offices with five unique retailers on the first floor. The partners opened Equine Divine and other shops after moving from earlier sites, preserving heart pine floors and original stamped concrete. The restoration drew public input and earned the Historic Aiken Preservation Award, with 4,000 square feet more on the second floor available for rent.
