Teen charged with third degree domestic violence in Rushton Court incident
The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office reports a 17 year old from Marth Augusta was charged after his girlfriend alleged he assaulted her outside his Rushton Court residence. Also on Wednesday a 36 year old Aiken woman said a man stalked her near New Holland Road then followed to a gas station and confessed to taking hockeys claiming she would spend Valentine’s Day with him. A 66 year old Aiken woman reported a 22 year old Conway woman tried to steal personal ties from her Church Street home. A North Augusta resident reported theft of a vehicle parked on Country Place Drive. A Warreckville man said a man smashed windows at his trailer on Led Drive and fled. Deputies found a Bluff ton woman unconscious in a vehicle outside a North Augusta gas station and EMS said she overdosed on heroin. The seaman was charged with heroin possession.
