Commission OKs plans for historic estate subdivision
Planning panel approved a 3 foot setback variance for the Moores to subdivide The Trees estate, a roughly 9 acre site in Aikee's horse district. The action allows future parcel divisions with conditions against Grace Avenue access and a shared driveway covenant. Opposition warned the move could alter the horse district but the panel expressed cautious support pending further review.
