Franklin D. Rooks of Beech Island dies at 60 on February 13 1997 at his home. Funeral services were set for 3 pm Sunday at Stephen D. Posey Funeral Home with burial in Pineview Memorial Gardens. Rooks survived by wife Brenda Rooks three daughters and other relatives. Pallbearers listed. Family to receive friends 7 9 pm today at the funeral home.
