Comcast completes 16.7B NBCU deal ahead of schedule

Comcast finalizes its purchase of the remaining NBCUniversal stake from GE for 16.7 billion dollars. CEO Brian Roberts says the move proves confidence in TV and digital advertising, with NBCUniversal assets including NBC, theme parks, Universal Pictures, USA and Syfy networks, and pay TV.

American Airlines and US Airways Agree to Merger

Boards of American Airlines and US Airways approve a merger creating the world's largest carrier.
