Gates says one Cold War is enough in Putin speech response

Pentagon chief Robert Gates told a Munich security forum that one Cold War is enough and agreed to visit Russia to ease tensions. He urged NATO allies to step up military and economic aid to Afghanistan and discussed concerns over a Taliban spring offensive with Pakistan after traveling from Germany.
