Students accused of sex offenses at South Aiken High School
Three South Aiken High School students were arrested Friday on charges of criminal sexual conduct with a minor and sexual exploitation of a minor. Tarence Callahan led the team with 21.6 PPG and was named Region 3-AAAA player of the year. Quentin Holston faces three counts, Brandon Reed one count. The case remains under investigation by the Aiken Public Safety Juvenile Services Division.

New Honda parts plant announced for Aiken Venutures Park
Aiken officials confirmed the Newman Technology manufacturing facility will be built at Ventures Industrial Park near Aiken Airport.
